What you’ll do in this role:

  • Use available resources to select the appropriate assessment for a learner and complete all required components for the client’s funding source in time for proper review.

  • Administer assessments including but not limited to VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Essential for Living, Functional Assessments, and Functional Analysis

  • Develop reports including but not limited to functional behavior assessments, individual treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, and discharge summaries.

  • Utilize behavioral skills training to teach direct care staff the skills needed for the client’s program. Monitor progress regularly via visual analysis and make program changes when indicated.

  • Train and supervise behavior technicians in the implementation of ABA procedures and interventions

  • Develop individualized programming based on the needs of the client as well as the caregiver

Care Manager - RN Lincoln Park, NJ 07035

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license/certification in New Jersey (NJ)

  • 2+ years experience in any of the following:

    • Dialysis Care

    • Home Health Care

    • Hospice

    • Case Management (CM)

  • Are you comfortable traveling to patient's homes? (yes)

  • The work schedule is M-F from 8 AM - 5 PM. Are you available and comfortable with this schedule? (yes)

  • You will be travelling within a one-hour travel radius from the main location within which you will be visiting patients in-home. The job is 3-4 days on the road visiting patients and 1-2 days telehealth. Are you comfortable with this and willing to put in the road time? (yes)

Preferred

    • Are you bilingual English/Spanish? (yes)

Additional Job Details:

  1. Develop and continually adapt an individualized care plan in conjunction with physicians

  2. Perform frequent daily in-home care management visits to execute care management plans

  3. Serve as the primary point of contact and be the first call when members have questions about their health

  4. Prepare care recommendations and escalations for plan members, write reports regarding the same and communicate the same in weekly internal case rounds

  5. Understand the needs of health plan managed care clients and prioritize plan member visits, recommendations and focus accordingly

Senior Accounting - brentwood TN

  • Bachelor's degree or higher

  • Sage Intacct (3+ years)

  • 3+ years experience in any of the following:

    • Month End Close

    • Year End Close

    • Maintaining financial records including AP, AR and GL entries.

  • Preferred

    • Provide an example of when you noticed an inefficiency in a process and what did you do?

    • Provide an example of how you have handled aged invoices.
