Executive search:

If you choose to work with us, here’s what you can expect:

  1. We discuss the role in great detail to ensure we root out and capture all relevant elements the candidate will need to align with the role. There’s also discussion of the organization, as well as the team the candidate will be working with.

  2. After contacting the potential candidates, we employ a vetting process that includes multiple phone and/or video conferences, as well as an in-person meeting when practical. We even check references on an as-needed basis.

  3. We will set up interviews, which typically starts with a call. In most cases, we strive to present only the best two or three candidates to make interviewing and selection as easy and targeted as possible.

  4. After the interviews, we’ll debrief with you to determine which candidate(s) you’re most interested in.

  5. The final step in making the direct hire with your chosen candidate. We’ll also follow up with you over the next few months to ensure the best fit.

Accounting division:

Small-to-medium size businesses face many of the same challenges as their larger counterparts. However, they don’t always have the same internal resources.

  1. Accounting support. Banking, payroll preparation, accounts payable, cash receipts, credit card transactions, and retirement contributions.

  2. Month-end accounting support. Complete month-end close procedures, from bank and credit card account reconciliation to journal entries through to monthly financial statement preparation.

  3. Tax compliance. We prepare monthly and quarterly sales tax returns, quarterly payroll tax returns, annual tax forms such as W2s, 1099s, and property tax returns.

  4. Support services. In addition to the services listed above, we offer other support services including CFO/Controller services, QuickBooks consulting and human resources consulting and recruiting.
